I Was Wrong

          About a year ago, I wrote a blog piece on weight loss through a high protein, high fiber, low sugar diet. You can still lose weight this way but it causes other problems.
         After a lot of study over the last few months I've found out that our bodies are not designed to process that much protein. In order to process that much protein you must drink a lot of water. Something like half your bodies weight in ounces of water. That much protein is very hard on the liver and kidneys.
      I've come to believe that an organic based plant diet with lots of juicing and smoothies is the best thing you can do for your health.
